Thanks to WHOA, we have enjoyed many improvements to our Community, including new street lights on Orangewood Blvd, street repair and lighting, and a specially designed traffic exchange with the Beach Line Expressway and Orangewood that reduces the traffic streaming down from Universal Boulevard.
