Belonging to the Williamsburg Homeowners Association brings some special advantages to its members. For just $25 per year, you will have the opportunity to support the group that represents all of the Villages in Williamsburg to negotiate with our local governments and Agencies on our behalf. Thanks to WHOA, we have enjoyed many improvements to our Community, including new street lights on Orangewood Blvd, street repair and lighting, and a specially designed traffic exchange with the Beach Line Expressway and Orangewood that reduces the traffic streaming down from Universal Boulevard.
